100% of money donated to the Throwing Starfish Foundation will go towards effecting change for those less fortunate in our community. We are 100% volunteer-run and no administrative costs come out of donations made to our nonprofit. Please see our What We Do page for some details on our various projects. Throughout the year we will host project-specific fundraising efforts, but we also accept donations towards our General Fund all year round.

DONATE ITEMS
We need a lot of different items to pull off our various projects. The picture to the left is an example of what is included in our comfort bags for foster kids, apartment kits for kids aging out of foster care, and some of the food needed to feed the women and children at a local shelter.
Do you have items you would like to donate? Are you a dentist with toothbrushes/toothpaste? Do you have piles of gently used children books? Does your business have hundreds of high quality duffel bags, backpacks, or suitcases they are looking to share? Do you have pet supplies or food that could be used by local shelters? The possibilities are endless. Get in touch below and let us know any items you may have that could benefit local kids or animals.
